Dean's Dev ("we") provides web hosting, virtual private servers (VPS) and related services ("Services") to you ("Customer"). By ordering or using a Service you agree to these Terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy.
Services are set up by hand after you request them. We invoice by PayPal once your Service is running. Services are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars. Invoices unpaid 7 days after the due date may lead to suspension, and Services unpaid 14 days after suspension may be terminated along with their data.
You may cancel within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund on hosting and standard VPS plans. Custom builds, add-on IPs, software licenses and Services terminated for an AUP violation are not refundable.
Cancel at any time by emailing info@deansdev.com. The Service runs until the end of the paid period, then it and its data are deleted.
We take reasonable backups where a plan includes them, but you are responsible for keeping your own backups. We are not liable for lost data.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Support is by email or ticket.
VPS resources (CPU, RAM, disk, port speed) are as listed for your plan. Usage that harms other customers or the network may be throttled or suspended.
We may suspend or terminate a Service immediately, without refund, for AUP violations, fraud, chargebacks, or a legal requirement.
Services are provided "as is". Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected Service in the previous month. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to active Customers at least 14 days before they take effect.
